Smoked Mackerel Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz smoked mackerel
  • 1 tbs chopped red onion
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbs sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Steps

  1. Combine everything in food processor, and process until smooth.

Notes

  1. I made this as part of a Hungarian spread, so I fiddled with the spices accordingly (added cumin and paprika, some fresh dill.
