Everything Bagel Butter

- 1 c unsalted butter (or make your own from 1 qt heavy cream)
- 3 tbs dried minced onion
- 2 tbs white sesame seeds
- 1 tbs black sesame seeds
- 1 tbs poppy seeds
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 1.5 tsp kosher salt
To churn your own butter, whip 1 qt heavy cream 5-7 minutes as you would
for whipped cream, continuing another 6-8 minutes until it separates into
butter and buttermilk. This produces about 1 c butter + 2 c buttermilk.
With butter at room temperator, mix in the remaining ingredients.
I haven't tried making butter (although I've had a couple accidents
with whipped cream that were clearly getting there).
